With Chicago ending their 49 year Stanley Cup drought on Wednesday, there is a new king of the castle when it comes to prolonged shitiness…..

TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS — 42 YEARS!!!!!

It makes it worse that the Leafs haven’t even won a Cup even made the Final since there have been more than six teams in the NHL. Sure the Kings and Blues are also on a 42 year Cup-less drought, but they were expansion teams in 1967-68 so that gives them at least a few seasons slack.
