Bulldogs-Stars Going to Game 7

After a huge Game 5 road win for the Hamilton Bulldogs, they seemed destined to lock up their Western Conference Finals series agains the Texas Stars tonights. Instead, they couldn’t hold a 2-1 lead going into the third, and ended up falling with just over a minute left in the first overtime. I’m going to guess that there were about 3,000 people at the game tonight. It was absolutely pathetic to watch on TV.

Jamie Benn continued his dominant play with another two helpers, giving him a total of 23 points in 17 playoff games.

Game 7 between the Bulldogs and Stars goes Wednesday in Hamilton.
